Office IT Systems & Support Administrator

Sheppard

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton in Chicago is looking for a Technology Services Administrator who will manage IT systems support and maintain the data infrastructure. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, solving tech issues while ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and excellent customer service skills.
