Program Manager

This role provides the opportunity to work on high-visibility web properties and support large-scale product launches while collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, design, and engineering. Exposure to high-impact product launches, collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups and vendors, and involvement in shaping standardized processes and operational rigor for web and marketing initiatives.

What will you be doing?

• Project manage delivery for product launches and campaigns, including workback schedules, dependency management, and launch readiness (QA, go/no-go) Coordinate stakeholder, cross-team, and vendor coordination for product launches, campaigns, and web projects
• Support rollout and administration of operational rigor through standardized processes, templates, SLAs, and launch playbooks
• Ensure quality, accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards are met through structured review cycles, issue tracking, and release governance processes

Typical Day Breakdown:

• 30% – Planning projects and leveraging tools to track progress and performance
• 30% – Coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining clear stakeholder communication
• 20% – Executing tasks and delivering on project requirements
• 20% – Handling process validation, quality checks, and administrative responsibilities

What you should bring to the table:

• Project management (digital/web/marketing), agile methodology, CMS systems, project management tools (MS Project, Click Up), intake and ticketing systems, stakeholder management, cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience in software development life cycle, agile project management, waterfall project management
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience with technical web project/program management (end-to-end delivery).
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience with stakeholder and communication management across cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience with integrated marketing campaigns / web operations experience (including CMS exposure)

Salary Range: $60-66/hour
