Quick Facts Location: 101 The City Drive South, Orange, CA 92868, United States Start Date: 09/30/2026 End Date: 10/28/2026 Shift: Monday Friday, Day Shift (09 00) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: CA Medical License (Required) Experience: GI Pathology Fellowship Trained, Liver specialization preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $283.73 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Analyze and diagnose complex GI specimens, including biopsies and resections Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide accurate pathology reports Handle liver specimens; liver specialization preferred but not mandatory Maintain quality and compliance standards for pathology services Document findings thoroughly in accordance with hospital protocols Participate in consults and interdisciplinary discussions as needed What You Need Valid California medical license Board-certified in Anatomic Pathology or AP/CP combined certification GI pathology fellowship training Experience in handling GI biopsies and resections Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting About the Assignment Join a reputable hospital in Orange, CA, for a focused pathology role during a critical time from late September to late October 2026.
