Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task. Creative thinking. Ability to maintain composure under pressure. Essential Job Functions Operate computer, printer, and occasionally cash register. Occasionally use ladders to retrieve/put away stock. Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop; work in stock room and sales floor. Identify and follow email and print instructions for merchandise layouts, schedules, and procedures. Communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers—accurately exchange information. Move across sales floor to direct associates and assist customers; retrieve/put away merchandise in stockroom. Work a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and move merchandise up to 5–10 feet. Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices. Remain stationary upright for 80% of the time.
