Certified Public Accountant

We are a long‑standing, family‑owned business operating multiple gas station and convenience store locations. We take pride in our community relationships and commitment to customer service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands‑on and strategic CPA to lead our financial operations and support long‑term business planning. What You’ll Do Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage cash flow, margins, inventory costing, and profitability across multiple locations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for ownership. Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting systems. Oversee payroll, A/P, A/R, general ledger, and regulatory/tax compliance. Manage banking, vendor, and supplier financial relationships. Provide financial insights to support pricing, staffing, capital investments, and growth decisions. Support ownership with expansion planning, acquisitions, and new store openings. Mentor and oversee bookkeeping or finance staff as needed. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–10+ years of financial leadership experience; retail or multi‑location business experience preferred. Strong understanding of inventory costing, margins, and financial controls. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Excel. Comfortable working in a hands‑on role within a family business environment. Who You Are Trustworthy, reliable, and financially disciplined.
