Construction Superintendent

Overview Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects Direct field coordination of subcontractors, trades, equipment, and materials Maintain and enforce the project schedule, working closely with PMs and project engineers Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes Conduct site inspections, resolve field issues proactively, and keep documentation up to date Foster a positive and productive jobsite culture while representing the company professionally Qualifications 7+ years of superintendent experience with a focus on ground-up multifamily or wood-frame construction Strong working knowledge of building systems, codes, and modern construction methods Experience leading projects of $20M+ from sitework through final turnover Tech-savvy and organized: experience using Procore, MS Project, or similar tools Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications preferred Benefits Work with a respected and growing firm that values its field teams Build high-profile multifamily projects that shape local communities Competitive compensation package including vehicle allowance and full benefits Career growth opportunities within a company that promotes from within Tight-knit, supportive team culture with strong executive backing #J-18808-Ljbffr 52X Consulting LLC
