About the Role
Our client, a leading provider of operational services and technology solutions within the foodservice and restaurant industry, is seeking a Data Review Specialist to support a data cleanup initiative related to contract renewal accuracy. This temporary opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with structured data, contract documentation, and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and consistency across records. Job Description
This role focuses on reviewing Salesforce data and historical contract documents to validate and update agreement details. The Data Review Specialist will work with large datasets and PDF contracts to ensure key information—including agreement terms, effective dates, and associated accounts—is accurately captured and aligned across systems.

• Review and analyze large datasets and spreadsheets containing customer and contract information
• Access Salesforce to validate “Ship To” accounts and confirm account status
• Locate and review Closed Won Opportunities, specifically Oil Site Opportunities
• Navigate Master Opportunities and associated Agreements within Salesforce
• Open and review PDF contract documents to identify key data points, including:
  • Agreement numbers
  • Contract terms
  • Effective dates
  • Associated sites and locations
• Accurately document and track contract data in Excel spreadsheets
• Follow established procedures for special scenarios, including:
  • Accounts with AutoMist-only opportunities
  • Accounts with no listed opportunities
  • Legacy account navigation due to ownership changes
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across Salesforce and external contract records

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive, process-driven tasks accurately
• Experience reviewing and extracting information from PDF contracts or formal documents
• Proficiency working with Excel and large datasets
• Ability to navigate CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
• Strong reading comprehension and data validation skills
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in contract review, data cleanup, or sales operations support
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Accounts, Opportunities, and related records
• Background in finance, sales operations, or administrative data processing
