Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions, part of The Adecco Group, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to help organizations solve talent challenges and fuel business growth. Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, client visits, and industry events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and key decision-makers
• Consult with clients on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition solutions
• Identify and engage prospective clients across diverse industries
• Manage a sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals
• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions to clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience
• 3+ years of B2B sales and business development experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions
