Our customers are B2C businesses that market and sell products directly to consumers, from e-commerce brands and restaurants to consumer products, retail, hospitality, and more. We're looking for a high-energy Sales Manager who loves opening doors, building genuine relationships, and helping business owners discover how AI can transform the way they grow. What You'll Do
- Own the full outbound sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
- Build relationships with founders, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Understand each company's marketing challenges and demonstrate how our AI Marketing Agents can help them generate more revenue, save time, and make smarter marketing decisions.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and engage SMBs across industries including e-commerce, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, consumer brands, and other businesses that sell directly to consumers.
- Consistently exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to share customer insights and improve our go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company at networking events and within the Miami business community.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SMB B2B sales.
- Strong track record in outbound prospecting and closing new businesses.
- Experience selling to B2C businesses in industries such as e-commerce, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, consumer products, or similar industries that sell directly to consumers.
- Exceptional people skills - you enjoy meeting new people and naturally build trust.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
- Passion for AI and excitement about helping businesses adopt cutting-edge technology.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, or marketing technology products.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Existing network within the South Florida business community.
