Trauma-Informed Client Support & Housing Coordinator

Volunteers of America Illinois is hiring a Client Support & Service Coordinator for the SSVF Polk Street program in Chicago. You will provide client-centered case management, connect veterans to housing resources, and coordinate services with community partners to promote stability and well-being.
