As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location:Kansas City, Missouri
• Set schedule: We have multiple shifts available available:
  • Shift 1: Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st shift, 6a.m. to 2p.m. 
  • Shift 2: Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 2nd shift, 2p.m. to 10p.m. 
  • Shift 3: Part-Time, Friday through Saturday, 3rd shift, 10p.m. to 6a.m
  • Shift 4: Full-Time, Open availability all days, Open availability all shifts, Open availability all start and end times. This is a flex position. 
• Competitive hourly wage of $23.81 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a current/valid driver's license
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must have 6 months of tactical security experience
• Must have 1 year of armed experience
• You have a state license if required
