It was established with the objective of serving the private sector with these innovations through their dedicated departments of IT.Job DescriptionCreate and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis in a Waterfall environment.Create a Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), analyze data/workflows and define the scope.Participate in Gap Analysis to identify the current system's deficiencies and the requirements for the changes in the proposed system.Conduct JAD sessions to develop a business solution that application meets business requirements, resolve open issues, and change requirements.Create and configure new JIRA projects and worked with departments to maintain existing JIRA projects.QualificationsMaster's/Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field is highly desirable.Knowledge of all SDLC phases, including requirements gathering, documenting, and testing.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts in a fast-paced service-focused environment.Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
