About This Role Immediate opening available for an Installer for a long standing retail flooring business known for our superior customer service and professional staff. Twohig Flooring America provides education and training via our award‑winning installer experience. We believe in creating a family‑friendly work environment, where each person is an integral member of the team, yet responsible for his or her own results. This position could be a great way to get your foot in the door with a reputable company and to gain real‑world experience in an excelling field with great probability of advancement. This job can begin Part‑Time or Full‑Time. What You’ll Do Assist installers: prepare and install flooring products. Keep tools organized and keep the job site orderly and clean. Work with installers to keep the job moving efficiently. Install carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile, and window treatments. Interact with staff and customers. Warehouse and inventory management; receive and unload delivery trucks of merchandise; keep the warehouse clean and organized. Work alongside showroom and construction site colleagues. Provide excellent customer service. Prioritize and manage time effectively. Requirements Must be 16 years old or older. 3+ years of installation experience. High attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to take direction. Good people skills. Independent, proactive thinker. Team player. Flexible or open work schedule. Nice to Haves Experience with hand tools and knowledge of them. Experience with any construction projects. Driver’s license. Benefits Vacation pay. Holiday pay. 401(k) with company match.
