We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing personal injury practice in Washington, D.C. This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an ownership mindset, and is motivated by performance-based earning potential.

The attorney will manage an established caseload with the opportunity to grow and take on increasing responsibility.

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote Location: Washington, D.C.

Position Structure & Support

The firm provides an integrated support structure designed to allow attorneys to focus primarily on case management, client advocacy, negotiations, and litigation.

• Dedicated case management support
• Specialized administrative teams supporting intake, accounting, and disbursements
• Streamlined operational processes to reduce administrative workload

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in Virginia or Maryland
• Washington, D.C. bar admission preferred, or immediate eligibility for admission by waiver
• Proven experience independently managing an active personal injury caseload
• Strong case-triaging, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Full lifecycle litigation experience required
• Ability to effectively navigate litigation and take cases to trial as needed
• Comfortable using modern legal technology, software, and data-driven metrics
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and client-service skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000-$180,000 per year
• Performance-based incentive structure
• Expected year-one earnings of $150K+
