Key responsibilities include:

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and document as required
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff

All shifts available – hourly caregivers needed.

• Hourly care: starting at $19.50/hour
• Flexible schedules: full-time, part-time, or per diem (subject to shift availability)

Minimum requirements include:

• Licensure: must hold an active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing.
• Physical ability: must be physically able to perform the essential duties of this position.
• Transportation: must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• References: must provide at least two verifiable professional references.
• Work history: must provide verifiable employment history for the past 12 months.
• Background check: must successfully pass a national criminal background check (including any additional screenings required by the State of New Jersey).
• Health requirements: must provide proof of the following:
• Valid physical examination within the last year
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Proof of Hepatitis B and MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination

Compensation: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
