Clinical Role

Join an established vascular surgery service in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, providing weekend 24-hour call coverage across two affiliated hospitals. This ongoing locums opportunity offers experienced vascular surgeons the ability to provide high-quality surgical care with APP first-assist support in a collaborative hospital environment. IMLC physicians are welcome.

Schedule:

• 24-hour call coverage
• Friday 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM

• October 9-11, 2026
• October 23-25, 2026

Call Details:

• Average callback: approximately 2 hours per day

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

Facility Details:

• Approximately 150-bed hospital
• Coverage includes:
  • Good Samaritan Hospital
  • Ephrata Hospital

Patient Population:

• Adult patients age 18+

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide vascular surgery call coverage
• Evaluate vascular surgery consultations
• Manage inpatient vascular cases
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with APP support staff for first assist
• Coordinate care with hospital teams

Special Procedures:

• Vascular bypass procedures
• Amputations

Support & Technology

EMR System:

• EPIC

Support Staff:

• APP available for first assist

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License required
• IMLC accepted
• DEA required
• Minimum one year of vascular surgery experience required

Credentialing

• Approximately 90-day credentialing timeframe
• Temporary privileges available with a clean file
