About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of AI Transformation and Operational Excellence to lead a significant shift in the way the organization operates, with a focus on integrating AI and automation into the People and Culture function. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the transformation strategy, including the AI and automation roadmap, process architecture, and operations delivery. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in large-scale organizational transformation within a People and Culture or HR context, deep hands-on AI experience, and a strong background in HR and/or TA operations. The VP will be at the forefront of redefining the company's operating models for AI, influencing talent solutions, and leading the unified operations function. Key responsibilities for the VP include setting and executing the transformation strategy, establishing current-state metrics, and leading the development of AI capability centrally. The role also involves owning the technology roadmap for People and Culture, shaping the end-to-end tooling strategy, and leading the current ATS implementation. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, experience in stakeholder management at the C-suite level, and a strong understanding of the P&C technology landscape. A background in defining and operating governance for major AI initiatives, as well as experience in the intersection of People and Culture and AI, is strongly preferred.
