If you're passionate about helping others live with dignity and comfort, we want to hear from you.Our non-medical home care agency focuses on providing personalized care, companionship, and assistance with daily tasks to help seniors remain independent in their own homes.What You'll Be Doing:Supporting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding if necessary.Providing companionship and emotional support.Performing light housekeeping and laundry duties.Reminding clients to take medications (no medication administration).Assisting with mobility, transfers, and walking.Observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition or behavior.Ensuring a safe and clean home environment.Qualifications:Active Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification (75 Hours minimum).Valid CPR certification.Must have a Level II background screening (AHCA-compliant) transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.Must be punctual, trustworthy, and have a genuine desire to help others.Prior experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Benefits We Offer:Flexible work hours – build a schedule that fits your life.Weekly pay available.Supportive office staff and 24/7 on-call assistance.Opportunities for continued training and growth.Rewarding work that truly makes an impact.Employee recognition and referral bonuses.Coverage Area:This position requires travel to clients located within MARTIN County.
