CNA/HHA with Office Experience Needed for Busy Home Health Agency

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)

HomeWell Care Services of Lake County & The Villages is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) with office experience to join our dynamic home health agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while supporting administrative functions, such as hiring and recruiting, providing fill-in coverage in the office or in the field, and other duties as the need arises. The ideal candidate will possess strong caregiving skills, be self-directed and detail-oriented, well-spoken, and at ease when communicating with clients, caregivers, and management. This individual should have flexibility, be personable, be organized, be compassionate, and be big-hearted. This position is essential in delivering personalized care to individuals across diverse settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and private residences.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience. CNA/HHA Preferred
• Comfortable with working in an office setting and transitioning to the field as needed
• Proficient computer skills

Must be available Monday-Friday 7A-7P (You will work 40 hrs. a week within that time frame) This is a hybrid position you will spend equal time in the office and in the field.

• CPR certified
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Must have a Florida Driver's License, Auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening
