Parts Counter Representative Equipment Sales About the Organization Freightliner of Hartford is a growing Elite Certified Commercial Heavy Truck Dealership seeking qualified candidates to join our team. Category: Parts Counter Representative Description: We are a heavy‑duty truck body manufacturer that builds snow and ice trucks along with tri‑axle dump trucks, and are looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative. This individual needs to be familiar with parts on heavy trucks or have some automotive background, but is looking to try something different. We use CDK for our business system, so knowledge with CDK would help the learning curve. This position is a Monday‑through‑Friday day shift position with some overtime available. You will be working with our technicians while servicing customers that walk in the door or call on the phone. We support Tenco, Monroe, and many other products for bodies and use CertifedCirus and Force America for our hydraulics. We are looking for someone who has technical knowledge and good problem‑solving skills to research and identify parts. You will need to have great communication skills and be able to work with customers and other employees. We provide a great working environment. Shift: Monday‑through‑Friday day shift, with some overtime available. Position Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience working in the parts field; able to lift at least 50 lbs.; valid Driver’s license.
