Remote Open Enrollment Customer Specialist

In this fully remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals navigating their healthcare choices. You will leverage your background in phone-based customer service to answer complex questions, process enrollments, and help callers make informed decisions. To thrive in this fast-paced position, candidates must bring proven call center experience and a background handling Medicare plans. Prior experience working within an open enrollment environment is highly preferred to hit the ground running. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from current and prospective members to explain Medicare plan options, coverage details, premiums, and copays.

• Guide individuals step-by-step through the application, renewal, and enrollment processes over the phone.

• Navigate multiple computer systems and databases simultaneously to verify eligibility and document interactions accurately.

• Troubleshoot complex inquiries regarding coverage, in-network providers, and prescription drug formularies.

What We Are Looking For

• Direct experience working with Medicare products, regulations, and plan structures.

• Demonstrated history working in a fast-paced call center or high-volume phone support environment.

• Prior work experience within a seasonal healthcare open enrollment environment is strongly preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to simplify complex insurance terms.
