Open Enrollment Specialist

To support the onboarding of members to health benefits, the part-time Open Enrollment Specialist will manage project coordination, create client-facing materials, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while working up to 25 hours per week remotely. Key responsibilities: Create and maintain collateral for clients during open enrollment Coordinate project management for open enrollment materials and resources Facilitate communication and feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders Required qualifications: Experience with Canva; familiarity with Google Suite, Airtable, WordPress, and Jira is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal guidance Excellent documentation and communication skills Self-sufficient and intellectually curious with a proactive approach to project ownership
