Scaling.com helps established entrepreneurs reach their 10x goal in three years. We are building the first in-person Enrollment team in Provo, and the target is 5,000 Scalers by the end of 2027. That number is aggressive on purpose. It does not happen through clever messaging or a better script. It happens because a small team makes hundreds of calls a day, gets measurably better every week, and does not stop when the day gets long.

You will speak with owners of businesses doing $1M to $100M+ in annual revenue, understand what they are trying to build, and connect the qualified ones with a Scaling Strategist for an Enrollment Assessment. You will not be handed a rigid script and asked to sound like everyone else. You will be trained hard, measured openly, and expected to improve fast, while bringing your own judgment and personality to every conversation.

What You'll Do

• Make 100 to 200 outbound calls per day to qualified and warm leads. Every day.
• Open real conversations with founders and find out what they are actually trying to build.
• Confirm fit and book qualified founders into Enrollment Assessments.
• Own first-touch follow-up across phone, text, email, and voicemail. The first attempt is rarely the one that connects.
• Keep lead records, call outcomes, and next steps accurate in the CRM.
• Study the Frame, Floor, Focus framework, the case studies, and the talk tracks until you can speak to them without thinking about it.
• Review your calls, role-play, act on feedback, and raise your conversion rate week over week.
• Bring ideas as the team tests and sharpens the outreach system.

What You Bring

• At least one year of sales experience, ideally high-volume outbound.
• Evidence you do not quit. A number you hit when it was hard, a streak you kept, a role you stayed in.
• Comfort speaking with successful business owners as a peer.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Your own reliable computer.
• Ability to work in person in Provo, UT, Monday through Friday.

Compensation

$40K base salary $115K modeled OTE Uncapped enrollment commission

Commission is tied to completed enrollments. There is no cap. What you earn is a function of what you close. Tier detail is reviewed during the interview process.

What Success Looks Like

You are the first real conversation a founder has with Scaling.com. Whether they take the next one seriously depends almost entirely on how you handle the first five minutes.

• You work every assigned lead, every day. The call number is not a target you hit in good weeks. It is the floor.
• You can explain the framework in plain language and connect it to what the founder told you sixty seconds earlier. Owners can tell the difference between someone reciting and someone who understands.
• Founders trust you, whether or not they are a fit. The ones you turn away still leave with something useful.
• You book Enrollment Assessments that show up prepared. The founder arrives knowing why the conversation matters and what reaching a 10x goal in three years actually demands of an owner.
• Your notes make the Strategist handoff seamless. What the founder is building, what is in the way, and their own words on why they picked up the phone.
• You review your own calls before anyone reviews them with you. You can name what you are working on this week and show what changed from last week.
