Facilities Manager – Paw Paw, MI Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and machinery. Manage facility-related projects, including expansions, renovations, and equipment installations. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations within the facility. Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Develop and manage the facilities budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation. Implement and maintain facility management systems for work orders, asset tracking, and space planning. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects. Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., FMP, CFM) is a plus. Bonus Qualifications Additional certifications or training.
