Optional Summer Income – Opportunities to work Extended School Year (ESY) or in neighboring districts Tuition Loan Repayment – Available through our ASCEND program Free CEUs Year-Round – Access internal, BCBA-driven training at no cost Leadership & Growth – Participate in Devereux’s clinician-led Compassionate ABA Practice Group Impactful Work – Make a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning and behavioral needs What You’ll Do: Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement behavior intervention plans Train and support school staff on behavior strategies Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success About Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) DESS provides support to schools around early learning, academic interventions, safety practices and the assessment and treatment of students with complex behaviors, cognitive challenges and communication needs. We use evidence-based practices with an emphasis on assisting school systems with special education populations.
