Onsite Recruiter
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Recruiter to join our team. This position will support daily recruiting and staffing operations at various client locations throughout the DFW area . The ideal candidate is organized, professional, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct employee check-ins and assist with daily staffing needs
- Track attendance, call-ins, tardiness, and employee updates
- Maintain accurate employee and applicant records
- Communicate with employees regarding schedules, assignments, and workplace expectations
- Work closely with client supervisors and management to address staffing needs
- Assist with new hire orientations and first-day check-ins
- Help address employee questions and concerns professionally
- Provide regular updates regarding attendance, performance, and staffing needs
- Travel to different client locations throughout the DFW area as needed
- Support additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout the DFW area as needed
- Dependable attendance and flexibility with work locations
- Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
- Staffing agency or warehouse recruiting experience is a plus

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, approachable, organized, and proactive . This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being out in the field, working directly with employees and clients, and is comfortable traveling between different client locations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed
