SOBRE NOSOTROS Kaizen Group es un holding con base en Wynwood, Miami, que opera 3 marcas: Kaizen Electric — E-bikes y motos eléctricas premium Kaizen Luxury Life — Renta de vehículos de lujo Gaucho Select — Importación de cortes premium de carne argentina EL ROL Buscamos un/a Marketing Assistant que sea la mano derecha del Marketing Manager y trabaje codo a codo con el equipo creativo. Vas a tocar las 3 marcas, aprender de todos los canales, y tener crecimiento real dentro del holding. RESPONSABILIDADES Soporte en campañas pagas Meta Ads y TikTok Ads Diseño gráfico en Canva y Photoshop (flyers, posts, banners, stories) Community Management de Instagram, TikTok y Facebook Calendario editorial y planificación de contenido Coordinación de shootings de productos (e-bikes, autos de lujo, food styling) Reporting semanal de métricas y performance Email marketing con Mailchimp/Klaviyo Soporte e-commerce Shopify Tiktok shop Apoyo en eventos y activaciones BTL BUSCAMOS EN VOS Español Inglés bilingüe (excluyente) Manejo de Canva y/o Photoshop (portfolio requerido) Conocimiento básico de Meta Business Suite y TikTok Ads Manager Experiencia armando contenido para redes (Reels, TikToks, Stories) Organización, proactividad y atención al detalle Ganas de aprender y crecer en un equipo joven y dinámico Disponibilidad full-time presencial en Wynwood, FL SUMA PUNTOS (no excluyente) Experiencia previa en e-commerce, automotriz, lujo o food&beverage Conocimiento de Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify, Tiktok Shop Edición básica de video (CapCut, Premiere) Título en Marketing, Comunicación, Diseño o afines OFRECEMOS Salario: $37k-45k anuales Full-time presencial en Wynwood, Miami, FL Crecimiento dentro de un holding en expansión Equipo joven, dinámico y multicultural Capacitación constante y exposición a 3 industrias diferentes #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaizen Group
