Case Manager

Responsibilities Provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history and an open dependency case in the Florida Case Management Organization. Manage crisis situations, link youth and caregivers to service providers, write court reports, testify in court, and conduct face‑to‑face engagement with high‑need teenagers and families in the community. Work a flexible schedule that may include on‑call coverage for after‑hours, nights, and weekends. Benefits Starting pay ranges: Tier 1 – $23.56/hour, Tier 2 – $24.76/hour, Tier 3 – $25.72/hour. 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) in the first year plus 10 paid holidays.
