About the Role
The Company is in search of new Board Members to join its dedicated team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the organization's mission to provide exceptional, client-centered primary gynecological, pregnancy, and birthing care. While diverse skills and experiences are desired, the company encourages all individuals who are passionate about the mission to apply. The Board of Directors plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization, and new members will be expected to participate in a three-year term, with a commitment to attend five board meetings a year, including a day-long retreat. The Board Member role at the company is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, development, fundraising, and event planning, with a focus on major gift and donor work, as well as paid SEO/marketing. Board development, community engagement, and networking are also key areas of involvement. The successful candidates will be part of a comprehensive orientation process to ensure they are well-prepared for their role in governance and will be involved in training and development, as well as in strategic planning and operational improvement.
