About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic business partner, overseeing all financial operations across a multi-site healthcare practice. This includes leading financial system implementation, practice integration, process improvements, and long-term financial planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves close collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, and regular presentations of financial results and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and physician leadership. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience. Previous roles as a CFO, Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, or Director of Finance are also desirable. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls is essential, as is experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within multi-site physician practices or outpatient healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading ERP or accounting system implementations, and possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. The role requires a collaborative, team-oriented approach, and the ability to mentor and develop the accounting team.
