Payroll Manager

We are looking to assist our client with a fantastic Payroll Manager. The payroll manager will have 10 years of high-volume, fast-paced working environment exposure.
This is a top corporate client with several thousand employees.


Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Lead a small team of payroll professionals with biweekly and weekly payroll
• Experience accurate, timely, and compliant processing of weekly union and non-union payrolls
• Experience with general journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Performs quarterly review of W2 wage information to ensure all related benefits, and state and local taxes
• Responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
• 4 year college degree.

• Prior experience with UKG system software.

• Prior experience with Viewpoint Vista is required.
• Certified Payroll Professional or related certificates are highly recommended.
