We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure regulatory compliance across our contracts and documentation and support our administration team. Position Overview This is a full-time, in-person position (no remote work) reporting to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have insurance compliance experience and/or paralegal background. Key Responsibilities - Review, revise, and administer customer contracts with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance. - Ensure all documentation meets insurance and compliance standards. - Support the administration department with contract processing, data entry, and record maintenance. - Handle correspondence (email and letter) with customers, dealers, and lienholders. - Manage incoming calls and provide professional customer/dealer support. - Perform office tasks including filing, scanning, spreadsheet updates, and light bookkeeping. - Assist with miscellaneous tasks and serve as backup for other support roles as needed. Requirements - Insurance compliance experience and/or paralegal experience strongly preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. - Comfortable learning new systems and software. - Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team. - Professional communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. - Ability to read and analyze data on policy forms and resolve issues efficiently. - Prior customer service experience is a plus. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check. - Ability to commute to or relocate to Lakewood, CO 80227 (required).
