Job Overview A law firm seeks a transactional attorney with over three years of experience to join its Corporate and M&A practice in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A and corporate law, with additional experience in tax, commercial lending, or real estate considered a plus. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation. Manage key aspects of complex transactional matters. Collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Requirements 3+ years of experience in M&A and corporate law. License to practice in Ohio. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed attorney in Ohio. Skills Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Strong work ethic and client service orientation. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package.
