Qualifications & Desired Experience Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply School‑based experience strongly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and progress monitoring Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students pre‑K through 12th grade Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs Deliver direct therapy services (individual or group) in accordance with IEPs and school policies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments Conduct screenings, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student goals and progress Support students with a wide range of communication challenges, from articulation disorders to language and fluency needs This contract role allows you to make a positive, lasting impact in an educational setting, leveraging your clinical skills to help students overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
