Optum
Optum Infusion is seeking a Senior RN to deliver expert home infusion care and education to patients receiving parenteral medications. In this role you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, effective therapy in patients' homes and ambulatory suites. You will maintain clinical documentation, manage IV access, monitor patient responses, and support care coordination with physicians, pharmacists, and HHAs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
