Take the next step in your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school district. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, offering the chance to collaborate across educational settings and impact multiple campuses.
As a district-wide BCBA, you’ll play an integral role in providing guidance to building staff throughout various schools, with an emphasis on supporting behavior and autism programs. The focus is on consultation, assessment, and supervision rather than maintaining a direct caseload. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and consult across multiple K-12 school buildings within the district
- Provide expertise and ongoing support to staff in behavior and autism programs
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Serve as a resource and collaborating partner for teachers, administrators, and support teams
- Ensure compliance with best practices and district procedures
- Maintain documentation and contribute to a proactive, positive school climate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current Colorado BCBA license and CDE credentials
- Experience working in school-based settings and supporting diverse student populations
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Ability to work fully onsite throughout the school year
