Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity beginning in August 2026. About the Role In this role, you will provide behavioral support services to students, collaborate with school teams, and develop individualized behavior plans that promote student success. You’ll work alongside educators, related service providers, and families to create positive, supportive learning environments. Why Join Us Competitive pay: Up to $68+/hour W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure and professional development A therapist-led team that understands the unique needs of school-based providers What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Support implementation of evidence‑based behavioral strategies across school settings Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring What We’re Looking For Active BCBA certification Active CDE certification, or be willing to obtain asap Experience providing behavior support in school‑based settings preferred Strong collaboration and communication skillsPassion for supporting students and school teams Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women‑and therapist‑operated company built by providers who understand school‑based work.
