Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Colorado. This onsite, full-time position spans the 2026-2027 school year and involves working across multiple school sites. The selected BCBA will play a vital role in enhancing behavioral and autism support programs throughout the district, making a positive difference for both students and staff alike.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current Colorado BCBA license in good standing
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) authorization
- Previous experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 populations
- Strong skills conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Proven ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee behavioral support services district-wide, offering expert guidance to school staff across various campuses
- Support the behavior and autism program, ensuring best practices are maintained and implemented
- Collaborate with staff to conduct FBAs and develop BIPs tailored to student needs
- Supervise and mentor two RBTs, fostering a positive and effective team dynamic
- Provide consultative services—this role does not require management of a direct student caseload
- Maintain in-person presence on school sites throughout the contract period
