The Ford Land Electrical Engineering position supports Subject Matter Expert (SME), power distribution, emergency systems and facility controls. In addition, the position supports facility manufacturing facility sites in North America. Candidates must be versed in the NEC, building codes, regulatory requirements and sustainable design principles and ARC flash mitigation and safety. This position provides strategic engineering direction and technical direction on electrical systems to our customers. This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
