The Customs Entry Writer plays a critical role in ensuring seamless import and export operations, maintaining compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, and supporting overall trade operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & ComplianceDocumentation & Data ManagementFinancial & Reporting DutiesQualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or trade compliance completing Customs Entries (beyond entering into a database) Must be able to calculate tariffs and taxes. CargoWise experience is required. Strong working knowledge of customs entry processes, tariff classification, and compliance procedures. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across clients, carriers, and regulatory agencies.
