Roofing Technician

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Roofing Service Technician to join our growing team. If you have solid foundational experience across residential and commercial roofing and are ready to contribute from day one, we want to hear from you. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, building your expertise across a variety of roof systems while making a real impact on every job site. Roofing Systems You’ll Work With • Asphalt shingles • TPO • Tile • Leak repair • Preventive maintenance Work Environments • Residential homes • Commercial properties • Service calls • Team-based fieldwork Responsibilities • Inspect and repair residential and commercial roof systems alongside experienced technicians • Support leak troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis — we find the problem, not just the symptom • Perform interior repairs and related project work as directed • Assist with routine preventive maintenance across a variety of roof types • Keep job sites clean, organized, and properly stocked with materials and tools • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures — every time, no exceptions Qualifications • Basic roofing experience required; residential and/or commercial exposure across multiple roof types is a plus • Familiarity with roofing systems, materials, and construction tools and equipment • Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to troubleshoot and learn • Ability to take direction from senior technicians and work effectively as part of a team • Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including setting up and climbing ladders to access roofs • Comfortable working at heights on both residential and commercial structures Benefits Package We are proud to offer an outstanding benefits package, including: • Most weekends off • Weekly paychecks • Bi-annual performance bonus • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time • 401(k) with 4% company match • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance • Company contribution toward employee medical insurance premiums • Options for dental, vision, and supplemental insurance coverage • Company-sponsored events and community involvement opportunities Company Description We are a full-service commercial and residential roofing and construction company. We serve in central Arkansas and surrounding states, working on commercial and residential projects. Our base is located in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse/offices located in North Little Rock.
