O'Neill Healthcare Fairview Park is currently seeking a housekeeping supervisor to join our team!

Qualifications:

• Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess a positive ability to work with others.
• Must be in good health, no lifting restraints, neat and clean.
• Be kind and considerate to all residents, resident family members, and fellow staff to promote a friendly and caring environment.

Job requirements:

• Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping employees, providing feedback and conducting performance appraisals.
• Ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities meet hygiene and aesthetic standards.
• Monitor and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and conduct regular physical inventories.
• Develop and implement housekeeping schedules, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Address complaints, special requests, and service issues promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
