What your day looks like in Muskego, WI

You arrive at your station, review the day’s work orders, and study patterns and technical drawings before threading and tuning your machine. As production gets underway, you run precise seams to spec, check measurements, and make on-the-fly adjustments to keep every piece spot-on. You pause to inspect output, correct any issues, and perform quick preventive maintenance so the equipment stays in top condition. Throughout the shift, you coordinate with teammates to keep the line moving safely, cleanly, and on schedule.

Your core responsibilities

• Set up and operate industrial sewing machines to meet exact product specifications.
• Read and interpret patterns/technical drawings to ensure accurate construction.
• Examine finished pieces for quality; adjust stitching and settings as needed.
• Care for machines with routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Work closely with the team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized, tidy workspace.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational sewing training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a sewing role operating industrial machines.
• Solid knowledge of sewing methods, stitches, and materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
