Fleet Repair Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Technical & Nautical Department, we are looking for a committed and experienced Fleet Repair Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our office in Travemünde, Germany. Your Responsibilities Leading and coordinating a mobile repair team for fleet-wide assignments Planning and supervising on-board repairs in machinery, engine room and deck areas Managing technical projects, including conversions, refits and dry dockings Coordinating internal departments, vessel crews, external contractors and suppliers Ensuring that repair and project work is carried out in accordance with technical, operational and economic requirements Monitoring project progress, budgets, deadlines and quality standards Your Profile A technical degree or comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience in maritime industry.
