As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your knowledge to guide large projects, securing operational excellence while fostering elevated client interactions and strategic advising. Maintain excellence in project execution and delivery. Foster substantial engagement with clients to understand their needs. Guide teams through complex project landscapes and challenges. Innovate processes to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Analyze data trends to inform decision‑making and strategy. Mentor and develop team members to build exceptional groups. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Econometrics. At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML, econometrics, data science, or software engineering. What Sets You Apart Master's Degree in Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science (preferred). Experience leading teams in AI/ML or data‑driven solutions. Designing and managing scalable data pipelines and workflows. Building and deploying advanced machine learning models. Background in DevOps/DataOps for AI systems. Operating in regulated environments with model risk management. Contributing to business development and technical sales support. Excelling in communication and leadership skills. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
