Assistant General Manager

Tabernacle Steakhouse is an upscale restaurant, featuring a thoughtful menu inspired around local and seasonal ingredients. As aManager at Tabernacle Steakhouse, you will directlywork with the front of house team to ensure service to our guests that is warm, knowledgeable & noticeable appreciative. We are looking for candidates that are ready to hit the ground running, lead by example and are hands on with a sense of hospitality. You will work closely withthe General Managerto ensure restaurant standards are followed, implement SOP’s and training guides for onboarding front of house staff. This is a full time position and requires flexible schedule availability. Requirements; Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality Desire to learn and grow Commitment to excellence Positive attitude Ability to work well within a large team Excellent personal presentation Ability to communicate with members of the kitchen and dining room teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail At least 3 years experience in upscale dining Tabernacle LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
