Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments using Open Dental software. Coordinate treatment plans with patients and clinical staff. Present treatment plans and financial options. Maintain high case acceptance. Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially. Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless patient flow. Requirements: Experience in a dental office. Proficiency in dental terminology and receptionist duties. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.
