Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise individualized therapy programs aimed at helping them reach their functional objectives

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate intimately with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to support ongoing improvement beyond clinical visits
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with each patient's goals

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Encouragement for continuous learning through additional training or certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license mandatory
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
