OB/GYN Physician – $400K–$425K | Near Salem, Oregon

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician for a full-time, permanent opportunity with a respected hospital-employed women’s health practice in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

Located approximately 15 minutes from Salem and about one hour from Portland, this opportunity combines competitive compensation with an established patient panel, a longstanding community presence, and convenient access to some of Oregon’s most desirable communities.

The incoming physician will join a full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice with an immediate need and an established patient base.

Position Highlights

• Expected annual compensation of $400,000–$425,000
• Full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position
• Three full outpatient clinic days
• Typical clinic hours of approximately 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Established patient panel
• Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
• Longstanding women’s health practice
• Immediate permanent opening
• Approximately 15 minutes from Salem
• About one hour from Portland
• Access to Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Cascade Mountains, and Pacific Northwest recreation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Deliver preventive, prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services
• Evaluate and manage routine and complex women’s health conditions
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries within the physician’s training and privileges
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
• Educate patients regarding reproductive health, pregnancy, prevention, and treatment options
• Collaborate with nursing, surgical, anesthesia, primary-care, and specialty teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in applicable clinical coverage and quality-improvement activities

The final call schedule, delivery expectations, surgical schedule, and coverage model will be reviewed with qualified candidates before presentation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Eligible for hospital medical-staff appointment and clinical privileges
• Comfortable practicing full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
• Three or more years of women’s health experience is preferred
• Practicing physicians and strong graduating OB/GYN residents are encouraged to inquire

Compensation and Benefits

Expected compensation range: $400,000–$425,000 annually

The final offer and compensation structure will depend on experience, qualifications, scope of practice, internal equity, and the employer’s approved compensation plan.
