This role oversees project timelines, cross-functional coordination, creative workflow, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced global environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage integrated marketing and creative projects end-to-end
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and workflow systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, marketing, and creative
- Drive meetings, project progress, and stakeholder communications
- Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively
- Support creative production while maintaining brand and business objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or account management
- Experience in a creative agency or in-house creative environment preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking ability
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Knowledge of fashion/apparel industry preferred
- Business-level Japanese and English required
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
